have bought coin for 168.50 silver dollar and went to get mail from post office ,enevlope was tore l
just invoice inside. opened enevlope in front of witnesses and asked what to do.icontacted seller and told him i didnt recieve coin. said he would look in to it and has never responded since . i have messaged him 3 times and he wont respond asked e-bay for their help and all i get is the runaround. bought coin march14 2026. e-bay nows says its out of time guarntee. any ideas?

Mentor5 months agoSorry this happened to you. This can happen with items like that just placed in an envelope. You should have opened an "Item not as described" case immediately. I know it seems strange to open this case but you did receive an envelope with tracking so the seller has proof you did received the envelope. Since you did not purchase an empty envelope this makes it "Not as described".
However, since you waited past the 30 day deadline all you can do now is to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. Please do this now as each payment source will have a different deadline to do this.

OP5 months agoCOIN WAS sent ground advantage so i applied for 100.00 insurance claim which will soften the loss.did reach out to seller 4 times finally got reply but no help. he shows it was delivered. thanks for reaching out.
