Have been given a below standard seller rating. 5 orders shipped late. wife had emergency surger
At the time these 5 items were purchased, my wife was in hospital having emergency surgery. My daughter did the best she could finding and shipping these orders with her being under stress of her mother's condition.

All you can do to get back to Above Standard, is to make sure you do not ship any more items late. You can also list more, so you can get more sales, which causes the percentage defects to decrease.
