Have anybody sent a package and USPS did not receive?
I received a sale Aug 22nd 2025.
Print packaging slip same day and dropped the package in to USPS store Aug 23rd, and USPS Have not even mark the package as received.
Buyer says he did not received the package yet. Please advise.

Mentor11 months ago@wrowend.lcucpu Always use the kiosk or stand in line to get a scan. If you drop the package and it gets lost or stolen before it receives that important acceptance scan then you are out the money for the item.
You can't file an insurance claim if the package never has an acceptance scan.
You will still have to refund the buyer if they file a not received refund request. If you don't refund willingly when they file the request then eBay can force a refund from your account, you get a DEFECT and do not get your sellers fees back.
