Have an order that says has arrive shipping hub, but says is being inspected, arrival was 07 10 2023
Today is 07 20 2023, is there information I need to supply to get this order moving again?

Mentor3 years agoYou are located in Canada. I assume you made this purchase from a seller located in the USA, and the seller is using ebay's International Shipping. If so, and the package was sent to the hub in Glendale Heights, IL, then once they print out the customs form, you should receive an update with the new tracking number.
