Have a refund and I can't return the item
Bought some earrings that I needed to return. Started the process and the seller fully refunded me, but did not provide a return label or address. I've been messaging them and not gotten a response at all. I want to do the right thing, and I don't want to get charged again if the seller doesn't receive the item in return.

The seller cannot charge you again for the earrings. His refund closed your return, and usually means that he does not want the item returned.
If he is a new seller, he might not realize that the refund closed the return, but it is fair to assume he would have responded if he wanted them returned.
I would set them aside for a while. If he doesn’t ask about them or a return, donate them to Goodwill or a similar charity.
