Hasselblad XPan Panoramic Film Camera and return
Hello,
I sold the camera on eBay. Before selling I had the camera professionally cleaned and tested to be in full working order. The buyers 28 days later says he is getting an error after shooting 2-3 rolls of file where the camera stops working. And then works again after inserting a new roll of file. The camera was in full working order when I shipped it to him and have the receipt of the service I had done on the camera but EBAY sided with the sell and the camera is being returned to me. I won't be selling on EBAY again.
Thoughts?

Would you want to keep a camera that did that? Take it back to where you had it cleaned and tested, and relate the buyer's experience. The error seems to clear when inserting a new roll of film... I've never had a Hasselblad so I don't know... do you have to open the back to insert film?
Did the buyer experience the malfunction several times, or just once? Could the buyer have loaded a roll a little crooked that made the film bind up after a few frames had been shot?
