I havenâ€™t got the item yet I opened a case about the item not arriving at my place was able to get the seller to respond to me he asked me to close the case against him so I did and he would sent the item but now I still havenâ€™t received the item and now I havenâ€™t been able to get ahold of the seller no

Never close a case until you have received resolution and are satisfied. Unfortunately this is a common scam used by unscrupulous sellers from China. You can report the seller here:

As already advised, eBay can't help you get your item or refund now that the case is closed, so see if you can file a chargeback with your credit card company.

Well eBay is now out of the picture because you closed the case. Once you closed the case then getting your money back on eBay has been voided.
