After the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA),
eBay will not report (with Form 1099-K) sales that do not meet both of these two criteria: 1. Number of Dollars ($20,000) and
2. Number of Transactions (200).
To the best of my knowledge, the OBBBA says nothing about the amount of income that American income tax payers are required to report on their own Form 1040 tax returns (and related schedules) -- whether or not we receive a Form 1099-K reporting our income from eBay.
