Has the Community Mentor Program changed?

Thanks everyone! I reached out by email and hope to get an answer. It could also be that I recently changed my username on eBay - my kids are now almost adults so don't sell kids things anymore which purpleguppy was great for. I'm now @travelandtreasure 😊 But could also be metrics. Hope they can reinstate me 🙏

@eburtonlab I suggested that @travelandtreasure post to the mentor lounge but they were unable to do so. I also suggested the ask eBay email. If a mentor doesn't post Wouldn't messages be sent if the mentor wasn't meeting the minimum requirements per quarter?

A recent change is reviewing Mentors every quarter as to the amount of posts we have responded to that quarter. I believe the minimum is eight per quarter. I think we have been reviewed 2-3 times now.

The community mentor page seems to be opening for me, and I seem to be able to reply to posts on the mentor board like this one.

Try signing out of eBay entirely and then sign back in. Make sure you are signed in to your mentor account if you have more than one account.
