Has the amount ebay calculates as fees always invluded dales tax? Is it even legal?
I knew they had been calculating the percentage on shipping and handling but sales tax? Doesn't seem right.

·3 years agoLike other payment processors, the fee's are based on the total amount the buyer pays.
They started charging on the sales tax a couple years ago.
Yes, it's legal.
