Thanks for posting, the Seller should contact FedEx and ask them why wasn't Delivery attempted added to the tracking history when the tracking shows it was Out for delivery. I know USPS adds the attempted delivery notation which protects a Seller in an Item not received claim. I don't know if FedEx has the equivalent OR if that Out for delivery on the FedEx tracking flow is the same and protects the Seller in an Item not received claim.
