For the last 4+ weeks item ordered not being delivered but ebay confirm by tracking numbers. It also happened even before this. So tired and disappointed. Im not sure where the problem is? The seller? Logistics carrier? Local carrier? Who you think is the culprit? Why would ebay confirmed?Any advise? Any new contact agent number you can talk to?
