Has anyone ordered: 1~4 PACK LT700P Fit LG LT700P ADQ36006101 New Sealed Refrigerator Water Filter
I ordered 2-sets of 4 filters that look exactly like the original LG filter that came in my fridge. Same packaging, same size and same model number. I ordered them 2/19 they arrived 2/24 (6 days). After trying 2 filters in less than a month, the ice still tastes "musty". I tried to return them. E-bay said that they met the return requirements and I got the address of the return: Shanghai, China. Really? They came from China in 6 days for the delivery to my home, in the middle of the US! No responses to messages either, from: fesds-eb_40 except to post signing up for e-bay in Chinese (I translated it)
Like my Ice: smells bad, tastes bad. I guess I'm going to be the #7 negative out of 364 reviews when I get a chance to give my opinion of their product.

If the item was advertised as being located in the US, the seller must provide a US return address. Also, if the reason for the return was defective, or some other not as described reason, the seller must send you the money to pay for the return - then he can have you send to China, but it must be priority mail.
You can try clicking 'ask us to step in' in your return request, but it might be easier to review with customer service.
