Has anyone known the were entitled to a bidding discount and passed over by the purchase policy?
Reviewed item with 0 bid offers and bidding guidelines confirmed that if an offer was accepted by the seller, the price could still be eligible for a 5% discount offering by eBay. Bid was accepted but not provided an opportunity to secure the bonus discount as eBay indicates they implemented an automated purchase protocol which bypassed any such opportunity at the time.
