Has anyone had luck proving that a seller scammed them?

I purchased an item and never received it. Still can’t get my money back! I am infuriated that I’m out over $200! Not sure what to do next. Currently disputing with PayPal over the issue. I swear I will NEVER buy or sell on eBay after this.

What does the tracking, if any, show?

If you have already gotten PayPal involved, eBay can no longer help.

eBay has a money back guarantee for items that are not received if there is no tracking showing delivery, or for items that are not as described. Those are fairly straightforward.

If there is tracking that shows delivery but nothing arrives, that is more complicated, but you can still get a refund.

Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee, so if you had filed a refund request due to Item Not Received, you would have received a refund.

BUT since you turned to Paypal to dispute it, Ebay can no longer help you.
