Has anyone had issues with the California Post Office at address: 281 E Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101?
A seller is asking for a refund because the box showed up sealed (took 19 days to deliver probably because of the wildfires), but without the item in the box. This sounds possible, but then I realized the same thing happened to me 2 years ago at the same USPS office with another $30 dollar item. After the same Postal folks investigated, because it was insured, they refused to reimburse me for the loss. Has anyone had the same issue? Thanks!
