Has anyone had issues getting a refund for used shoes?
like the title says has anyone had any issues when purchasing used shoes from here? I recently purchased a pair of used shoes that appears to be in very good shape. The seller did not leave a description of the shoes other than used. The seller used the eBay authentication process as a loophole to NOT have to leave a good description on the shoes. Anyone else with this issue?

Mentor2 years agoThere are millions of sellers on eBay. Just because you had a problem with one seller of shoes doesn't mean all other sellers are guilty.
I would not buy from a seller who couldn't be bothered to write a description, however you can still return the item as not as described even through it's authenticated, so that's not a loophole.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
