Has anyone else had issues with the charge of taxes on coins?
I buy coins and have had a couple of times where ebay is charging taxes which our state excludes as a taxable item. Most of my purchases are correct, but i have yet to receive a refund from ebay on the purchases. This has happened twice now in the last 30 days.
