Has anyone else ever had a problem getting seller comments to show up on their auctions?
Hi, I am seeking any advice you can give to help me get my seller comments to show up. I am not a professional, so all help is appreciated,
I recently discovered that my seller comments do not show up on my auctions. I read the instructions and it said because I had active auctions, I could not make any changes. So I ended all my auctions, and made sure my toggle for making comments public was on, (blue.) The strange thing is that I did not have to touch it.
When I listed an item, I went back to see that others could view comments. It still shows that there are no comments for this seller, (me.) I have a number 82 by my profile. What am I doing wrong?

Mentor7 months agoThe (82) is your feedback number. I went to your one active listing for the RED BEAR. I scrolled all the way down to the very end, and I see feedback comments you have received. Is that what you are looking for?

OP7 months agoYes. I am glad you are able to see it. I am not sure why I am unable to see the comments on my end when I am looking at the listing. Thanks so much for your help.
