eBay's Money Back Guarantee only protects you for up to 30 days, after tracking shows Delivered. Any warrant a seller says they offer cannot be enforced by ebay after 30 days. Since the purchase was made more than 90 days ago, ebay no longer has the details of the transactions available to check. When you received the item if there was not a copy of the Warranty either from a Mfr. or the seller's store, you should have returned it for being not as described.
If you paid for the item with a credit card or through PayPal you may be able to get a refund from them.
Your seller has a poor by ebay standards feedback percentage and you should have checked their feedback profile before buying from them, or any seller for that matter, no matter what their feedback percentage is. Would you have bought from that seller if you had seen they were registered in China but gave an item location in California?
Because it can be hard to weed out China based sellers you need to learn what to look for on listing pages and in feedback profile pages to avoid them. Open the link below and click on the Go To Best Answer button to learn what to look for that indicates China based sellers.
