Has any seller noticed that eBay changes or erased the order shipped date after buyers open a case?
Hi, I would like to ask a question if any seller notices the eBay changes or erased the order shipped date of the international orders after a buyers open a case of not receiving.
Recently, I had 2 buyers, one from South Africa and one from Mexico, filed a case of not receiving the order. Both orders were shipped next day after the payments were received via eBay international shipping. Before the cases were opened, the shipping information on both orders were correct. But eBay erased and changed the shipping information inside the orders after cases were opened.
For the order from the south Africa which was shipped on Nov. 22, 2022, eBay erased all the shipping information inside the order detail and the tracking information image inside the messages which I sent to buyer. eBay closed the case and forced me to refund the buyer from my own fund.
For the order from Mexico, eBay changed the shipped date to the date from Dec 27, 2022 to March 6, 2023. March 6, 2023 was the date the buyer opened the case of not receiving the order.
