Has any one else ever experienced a payment failure when using PayPal?
I have had two items fail when trying to pay via PayPal, which I always use. I have checked and the appropriate debit card is set up as my preferred payment method for online purchases and I've checked the bank and there is plenty of money there. I have also put my direct checking account as the preferred method when shopping online and that also failed too! There is money in the account, so I am at a loss. I spoke to ebay and they couldn't help. I wrote PayPal too, no answer yet.
