harrassed by a buyer to change payment method, when he already has the item
I had someone purchase from me, he has the item and has had it since 2/13/24, he wants to change payment methods and he wont stop messaging me. He wants to use Zelle...i cant refund him or it will hit me with fees. Why cant ebay do something about this?
