hard to get refund
Item was returned last week, arrived at destination on thursday, was told refund on friday, not. Then called friday night they said monday, that was today...NOT...called they now say Wednesday?
This item was not even used, just out of box, wrong item, back in box, shipped back the next day. Should not be that hard to inspect.
What the heck is going on and what can I do to get my refund?
