Hey ok I get that but I ordered as a guess so itâ€™s not gonna to be in my purchased history. Like its llljunjun444 heâ€™s not even responding to my emails

Guest purchases are kept totally separate from your purchases through your eBay account. To open any case for the item you need to use the special log in information that was contained in the email sent to you confirming the purchase. Remember that eBay can only help you for 30 days from the time of receipt of the item or the last estimated delivery date shown on your purchase history.

If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.

Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:

Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
