Hard times
Hey so I made a purchase on eBay and I been typing this so much im starting to get tick off. Ebay usually have no problem with me but this is getting on my nerves. It’s a 6 man tent. They’re giving me a delivery date and an estimated date but no real date. The guys who I’m buying from are taking forever to respond back. What should I do? Like I’m not trynna get a refund because I really need this item. And tbh even if I did want a refund eBay needs real people texting on the contact list. Cause I don’t even know how to get a refund.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and you should be able to see the estimated date of delivery.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
