HARASSMENT FROM BUYER - HELP!
Hello,
I have had a buyer cancel a bid on an item. I politely did so advising they should bid more carefully in the future. This person created a new account, placed a bid then requested to cancel it a few days later on the same item and same excuse. Funny since they both live in the same town in NJ. I have blocked both accounts but want to report this person. How do I do this?
