Harassment email from seller!
Hi, first time on here as can't find in help settings.
Bought an item which doesn't work for my eyesight, only few pounds and don't want return to China, so have chalked up to loss. I left honest feedback that it unfortunately didn't work for me personally. Seller keeps messaging wanting feedback changed/removed and it's harassment is stressing me out! Thanks if any one can advise.

I guess I am a little confused, the item was not damaged, sounds like it was described accurately, it arrived on time ... so why would you leave less than Positive Feedback just because of a medical condition of yours that the Seller has nothing to do with?
Of the face of this it sounds like you are being unfair to the Seller. I assume you knew it was coming from China before you purchased it.
To change to Positive Feedback the Seller can send you a Feedback revision form and you will have 10 days to complete the revision.

OP1 year agoI didn't know was coming from China until got confirmation email with ETA on it. It's not a medical issue I have, the product did not work as buttons to adjust kept spinning and not working.
Thank for reply.

Thank you for the follow up. Regardless of where an item comes from you are covered by the eBay MBG for an item that is not as described and other reasons: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Chinese Sellers are also violating eBay Policy if they do not clearly state the location of an item they have for sale and you can report them accordingly. Report an issue with a seller | eBay
