I have an eBay buyer who is mad because he was unable to bid quick enough to buy my item. He sent me a message asking if I would take less for the item. I said no, but that I would revise the postage a bit. He said OK. I messaged him several times that I had done that. In the meantime, someone else used Buy It Now and purchased the item. Turns out the original user had a pipe burst nextdoor to him and he had to be evacuated. He is blaming me saying I should have contacted him (?). He says he is going to report me. What should I do?

Mentor5 months ago@mpeman_415 No need to worry, the potential buyer can't report you for anything. The item was still for sale and someone else purchased it.
