Harassment
My Daughter in Law is beside herself because she sold an item late Tuesday, printed the label on Wednesday & was waiting for tape to come in today to get the package out. She explained this to the buyer and the buyer was very rude & started harassing her. I told her not to respond, just cancel the order & block the buyer. She did & now buyer left an angry review. I feel it was again, harassment & the buyer shouldn’t have been able to leave ANY COMMENT or REVIEW if they were blocked for harassment. Has anyone else dealt with this before?

She just needed to calmly explain the situation to the buyer.
Your advice to cancel the order just earned her a defect from Ebay along with the angry buyer/review.
Placing an Ebay member on a Blocked Buyer List does not prevent them from commenting or leaving a negative review.
