Harassing seller
I purchased glasses which were advertised with a serial number and made in Italy. When I received them, I couldn’t find this info on the Gucci glasses. I posted this on the feedback for the seller. Since then the seller has sent me numerous nasty messages asking me to remove my comments as it’s affecting their rating.. furthermore, the seller has confessed that the Gucci glasses are in fact fake and they paid $200 for them originally. The seller has also offered a partial refund if I remove my comments. I don’t intend to remove my comments especially since the seller admits they are fake! Other than ignoring the sellers messsges, how can I contact eBay and report this seller! Ugh! Thank you!

Mentor3 years agoWith the newest seller update, there will be a REPORT button to use in Messages, but I don't believe that is in effect yet. So all you can do is ignore the seller's messages. Has it been less than 30 days since you received the glasses If so....
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
