Happening to anyone else: another user is using your name/address, receiving stuff you did not order

Hoping someone on here has had a similar experience or at least has some ideas. Over the past few days, I've received some small items (baseball cards, Magic cards) worth less than $1 that I did not order. The good news is that I didn't pay for them, and they're not in my Purchased list anywhere.

I was able to do some digging and thanks to one seller, discovered the buyer's ID, they're using my name and my mailing address, but it's not me.

I contacted eBay Customer Support and they're apparently nothing they can/will do, and my account is secure and safe; is this something like those Amazon scams of the last few years where someone's just sending you stuff trying to build up a feedback rating? Because that's what *seems* to be the case here.

Anyway, thanks for any help/assistance you can provide.

That's what it is. You can do whatever you want with the items.
