Hanging Crooked?
I was asked from a buyer to refund a vintage cross necklace where it has a pocket knife inside. There complaint is it hangs crooked and you can't see that in the pics. I did not use a model or neck manaquin for the display pics, it was very accurate on missing things and closeups were taken. I have a no refund policy, is ebay going to refund it anyway?

Did the buyer file an Ebay Return Request? And if so, what reason did they choose for the return request?

OP2 years agoNo they asked for a return and then asked me if they should file a return. I'm thinking they are going to say as not described.

If they file a Return Request due to "doesn't match description/photos" you will have to comply with the return request per Ebay' s Money Back Guarantee for buyers.

I noticed that there was no picture depicting how it would look around a neck.
