Hi everyone,
I've recently encountered an issue where the shipping label cost turned out to be more than what the buyer initially paid. As a seller, I'm covering this extra cost out-of-pocket this time, but I'm concerned about similar situations in the future.
How do you handle shipping costs when selling items online? Do you have strategies for accurately estimating shipping in advance, or ways to manage unexpected costs? How do you communicate these issues with buyers to maintain good customer service? I'd love to hear your experiences and any advice you might have!
Thanks!

Don't estimate shipping costs. Use calculated shipping and enter the correct packaged weight and dimensions in the listing, and the cost the buyer pays will be the correct cost to ship to his zip code.
