·2 years agoOn the Business Tool: Shipping (section): Preferences click the Edit pencil at top right.
On the Quick Listing Tool below the Promote your listing blurb in Listing Preferences click the Change link at top right.
ETA: To go beyond 3 business days you have to use the Business Tool. (Link to switch tools at top right)
