handling time in bulk edit is not available

Has anyone else noticed that, in bulk edit, there is no option for editing handling time? I have tried several broswers, cleared cache, restarted my computer but no change. Any hints?

If you are using Business Policies, the handling time is set in the Shipping Policy assigned to the listings.
