Handling Fee to Shipping
The seller hub/listing changed and I am no longer able to find where to add a handling fee to calculated shipping on a new listing. Did EBay do away with this?

You can add a handling fee if you are using calculated shipping. If you are using flat rate shipping you need to add it to the shipping cost or into the item price.
On the listing form when you select calculated shipping the option will become available in the shipping section.
