Handling Delayed Deliveries with Absent Customers
So a customer bought an item but they'll be leaving the states today and won't be back for a long while, not only that but the delivery is taking longer than usually so they wont get their item. What should I do? What happens to the item I sold, does it return to me? (The item is still in transit)

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer is just going on a short trip, the package will be delivered and the people in the residence can just set it aside until the buyer returns. If the buyer lives alone, s/he should file a vacation hold and the post office can keep it until the buyer returns.
