Handle a situation
I sold a Kenneth Cole chess/checker set that I stored in a storage unit for about a year it did have a smell of like basement the customer is saying it has mold there is no more on it and she has used some chemicals on the leather board I am not sure yet if she asking for a refund but I believe she has ruined the board already so I am not sure were I should go from here
