handeling a unique situation

I listed a mini home welder. I used sell one like this put my own pictures in add a couple of details to the AI's description and listed item. Then when the auction ended I got a message from buyer saying there was missing information and he wanted to cancel order.So no biggie I thought I will just cancel the order. So I go through the motions to cancel order and I get an error saying I needed to add a payment method to finish canceling order said I owed 16 dollars and odd cents to cancel .I was being charged more for listing item than the item got in bids. So I send 17 dollars into the account I use for ebay go back to finish canceling and it now says I can't because I didn't respond in three days. I tried to get an agent through the help menu to no avail. Now I dont see where to go to finish canceling .Anyone know how to handle this. One other thing the auction says I put 50lbs for the shipping weight the item was under three pounds .SoIf this gobbeldygook makes any sense at all any advice would be most welcome.

Mentor4 months agoWhen you use the "sell one like this" you need to review all of the information. It sounds like the original seller had a reserve price on the listing, so your listing also included the reserve price, which is why you are being charged for it. Go here:

Be sure you have a credit card for your seller fees and reimbursements. That way, you shouldn't have any problems when you have to refund a buyer before ebay sends you the payout.
