I just sold a Louis Vuitton Hand bag for $595.95.Looks like this is shipping direct to the customer, not to the authenticator. When checking on eBay I get this: eBay's authentication for eligible high-end handbags is automatic and mandatory; you do not need to choose it. How do I ensure this ships to the authenticator?

That listing is not showing the authenticity guaranty check mark for some reason. Is the buyers address a PO Box or out of the USA?

According to your listing this handbag doesn't show that it has the authenticity guarantee. Have you double checked to make sure that it meets all the criteria to qualify?
