Hand delivered item purchased, how do I mark as complete on Ebay

Buyer pick up locally for an item purchased. I marked as shipped but how do I mark as complete now he has the item?

You can not change the delivery method after the sale. Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order which you have already done.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.

Since you do not have proof of delivery your funds will be released, if the buyer does not make a return or refund claim, after the full hold time.
