Had to reship something--How to replace tracking with new

Question

Hi--I had a package returned to me, so I got it back out immediately!--but with a new tracking number---when I add the new tracking number how do I get rid of the old one? How do I fix this so it doesn't count against my top rated seller?---Customer has product in time.---thank you

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- Click "Edit tracking"

- Click "+ additional tracking number"

- Add the actual tracking number and the carrier.

- Click "Save and Continue"

TIP: You can't edit or delete the first tracking number if you purchased that label on eBay, and that is ok. Just add the correct number.

PS if the first label was scanned, it can't be refunded. If you didn't use the first label, there is a refund process.
