Had a VPN on and now eBay thinks Iâ€™m international

Question

I had a VPN on and was trying to buy some weapons parts. It refuses to let me buy them as it thinks Iâ€™m international now. I have followed all prompts in order to fix the problem ( ie- turning the VPN off, clearing my browser history, clearing my search history, signing out, signing back in, ect, ext.). So what do I do now as eBay does not have any customer service to handle this type of issue and all of the answers are stated above. Any help?

I don't know for sure what to do. Since weapon parts are regulated by law, eBay needs to identify where you are, thus the VPN is a problem.

Now the VPN is off and you've cleared your history, it's possible that a few days or some other purchases would help. If not, please try eBay's social media customer service to get assistance
