Had a package returned to me because the address the buyer provided was undeliverable.
I want to resend the package but how do I charge for shipping and how does the buyer update their address?

You can handle this in one of two ways:
1. Send the buyer an invoice through PayPal for the reshipping cost if you both have PayPal accounts. (You'll need the buyer's PayPal email address to do this which is OK to send through eBay messaging as you are in a current transaction together.)
2. Refund for the item price only. Relist and send the buyer the new item # so he can repurchase it. Remind him to review and edit the address at checkout before he completes payment.
