Hacked account ?
A few days ago, I was asked to log into my account, but it ended giving me a new account, loosing all my info. Now, it show I have no purchases, when in fact I have two. So, I cannot track them. It also deleted all my history. I want my old account back.

Mentor3 years agoInstead of signing in to your old account, it appears you have created an entirely new eBay account.
You should be able to sign out of your new eBay account and sign in to your old account using your old username and password.
