Hacked account

Question

How can I close an account that I never opened? Someone hacked my email and opened an EBAY account in my name with my email and ordered and delivered items to MY address, that I never received. The order said "delivered", but I never got anything. They used my credit card and I have no idea how. Beware folks. I cannot get in touch with anyone from EBAY. They haven't called me back. Bad business.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page

1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"

3) Click "Fraud" (or your topic)

4) Type "Agent" in the chat window

5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times

6) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")
