Hacked account?
I recently used a Proton VPN service at the same time as having a sort-of built-in VPN on my browser. I got some odd results: a filter invasion to allow a site into the browser, and an added account to Quora, using MY name, (I deleted it). Another oddity is the notice(s) I'm getting from eBay, saying a new device is using my account, despite the fact that my pc is the only one I have. The included recommendation was to change my password, and I did, but these messages keep arriving in my g-mail. So, how can I tell eBay this pc is the same one, or is some hacking going on? What to do?
