What do you do if someone started a hub account and then deletes your products and then being charged for a service I hadn't signed on for.I believe they had gained access through a phone I sold in the past is the only plausible way I can think of but then again this isn't the first time I've been scammed /fished in the past, demanding gift certificates. The crazy part, I'm the one who contacted eBay from the Internet contacts list and all my information on hand, it sounded legit, until they asked me to pay for billing but I had to get a gift card at 7-11 to pay. I don't know how running my account, making me miss offers and deleting items for sale did anyone any good. And then to start a hub. I don't even sell that much stuff to have any business with a hub account. From what I'm understanding nothing sold anyway and everything was deleted. Kinda funny really as I was even being charged and nothing ever sold. I'm just now figuring out what's going on. Any advice? It takes a week for me to get a call back from anybody (agent). So I haven't done any business with eBay and I'm not paying for something I didn't use and from what I'm seeing doesn't work anyway. Thank you for your time in reading my small complaint. Don't usually care to note complaints unless I feel there's something going on here that Im not quite grasping.

You contacted a scammer from a scam ad you found by searching online, not eBay. Anyone you do not know asking you to purchase a gift card is a scammer. Any information you provided to that person is compromised. Change all your passwords, then see here:
