Recently my girlfriend stole my phone from me and obtained my Gmail account that eBay was tied to because of this she was able to take over a 3 year old eBay somehow changing the entjre thing into her name even her credit report to verify.
Long story short she didn't have anything but the Gmail and was able to do this the number was mine the bank mine etc I don't even see how this has happened or know what to do at this point
